Supported Obligations definition

Supported Obligations means the Loan Obligations, the obligations of the Obligors under the Loan Documents and the Other Supported Obligations;
Supported Obligations has the meaning given in Section 2.1(a). ---------------------

More Definitions of Supported Obligations

Supported Obligations means, with respect to any Obligations (a) if such Obligations are Senior Obligations (i) such Senior Obligations are Shared Project Obligations, and (ii) pursuant the provisions of Section 3.04(a), each District party to the Obligation Instrument pursuant to which such Shared Project Obligations are incurred agrees to make Support Payments to each other District party thereto, if and as required pursuant to the provisions of said Section, and (b) if such Obligations are Subordinate Obligations
