Supported End User definition

Supported End User means any End User for which Partner and SAP concluded a SAP Support Sales Order which has not been terminated.

  • If this is not the case, Partner must terminate its support and maintenance agreements relating to VAR Delivered Support with such Supported End User in their entirety.

  • Partner must ensure in its support and maintenance agreements with each Supported End User that SAP may contact the affected End Users immediately after receipt or sending of the termination notice concerning SAP Support Sales Orders.

  • Partner undertakes to carry out system measurements of any or all of its Supported End Users’ systems at SAP’s request in order to measure the utilization of the Software by the Supported End User and to make the logs available to SAP.

  • For the avoidance of any doubt: termination by Partner strictly applies to all SAP Support Sales Orders of a Supported End User; any partial termination of SAP Support Sales Orders concerning a Supported End User is not permitted.

  • Partner shall set-up a hotline and Incident logging functions for each Supported End User.

  • Partner must continually update the Supported End User on the progress of the Incident and notify the Supported End User whenever an Incident is forwarded to the next Support Level.

Supported End User is an End User (a) for which Distributor has paid to Openwave the applicable annual Support Fee, (b) that has agreed to the terms of a Support Agreement with Distributor, and (c) for which Distributor has provided the name, address, contact person telephone numbers, number of copies of Licensed Software installed, version of Licensed Software installed, and such other information as Openwave may reasonably request. The "Support Fee" is the fee charged by Openwave for the support services as set forth in Exhibit E and Exhibit G. A "Support Agreement" is a written agreement between Distributor and an End User under which the End User will receive certain support services.

It is not essential that the person or body is directly involved in all stage of the construction of the vehicle, system, component or separate technical unit which is the subject of the approval process.

  • Interoperability means the ability of a Qwest OSS Function to process seamlessly (i.e., without any manual intervention) business transactions with CLEC's OSS application, and vice versa, by means of secure exchange of transaction data models that use data fields and usage rules that can be received and processed by the other Party to achieve the intended OSS Function and related response.
