The Committee will also make recommendations regarding Personal Support Worker trainings to the Developmental Disability/Mental Health Committee (DD/MH-C).
This indemnification shall include any and all liabilities to the Support Worker for any purpose including, but not limited to, breach of any employment laws in the course of the employment of the Support Worker.
