Support Termination Date definition

Support Termination Date has the meaning ascribed thereto in the TRQ FSA.

Support Termination Date means the effective date of termination of ongoing support services by either party or at any time when Client has failed to pay the Support Fees.

Support Termination Date means the date of expiry or earlier termination of the ongoing support services for the Solution in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

• Subject to the terms and conditions hereof, the Parent hereby agrees to make equity contributions to the Borrower (each such contribution, a “Contingent Equity Contribution”) from time to time until the Support Termination Date in an aggregate amount up to but not exceeding the Contingent Equity Contribution Amount.
