Examples of Support Service Level Requirements in a sentence
Failure to achieve any of the Support Service Level Requirements for Critical and High Service Errors will constitute a Service Level Failure for which Contractor will issue to the State the corresponding service credits set forth in Section 5.4(b) (“Service Level Credits”) in accordance with payment terms set forth in the Contract.
