Support Options definition

Support Options means the description for the particular Support option referred to in the Order Acknowledgement that nCipher has agreed to make available to Customer;
Support Options means the description for the particular Support option referred to in the Order Acknowledgement that Entrust has agreed to make available to Customer.
Support Options means an option to purchase shares of Support common stock and any other securities, rights or instruments of Support that are or could be convertible or exchangeable for Support common stock or otherwise could result in the issuance of Support common stock, but which are issuable upon payment of an exercise price, whether cashless or otherwise (or similar mechanic).

Support Options. Coverage parameters specific to the service(s) covered in this Agreement are as follows. Timezone applicable is EST: • Free email support: Monitored 9:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. Monday – Friday. Emails received outside of office hours will be collected, however no action can be guaranteed until the next working day. • Paid telephone support: 9:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. Monday – Friday. Calls received out of office hours will be forwarded to a mobile phone and best efforts will be made to answer/action the call, however no action can be guaranteed until the next working day.

Related to Support Options

  • Replacement Options has the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 1.1 of the Plan of Arrangement;

  • Parent Options means options to purchase shares of Parent Common Stock from Parent (whether granted by Parent pursuant to the Parent Option Plans, assumed by Parent or otherwise).

  • Rollover Options has the meaning provided in Subsection 3.1(h).

  • Investment Options means the investment options, as determined from time to time by the Committee, used to credit earnings, gains and losses on Account balances.

  • Parent Option means an option to purchase shares of Parent Common Stock.

  • Investment Option means any of the guaranteed investments and variable investment funds available under the Plan.

  • Over-Allotment Option means the option of the Underwriters to purchase up to an additional 15 per cent of the firm units (as described in the Articles) issued in the IPO at a price equal to US$10 per unit, less underwriting discounts and commissions.

  • Option Warrants shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 2.2(a).

  • Option Plans has the meaning set forth in Section 2.6 below.

  • Vested Options means the Options that have vested in accordance with Section 2.2 of this Agreement.

  • Approved 102 Option means an Option granted pursuant to Section 102(b) of the Ordinance and held in trust by a Trustee for the benefit of the Optionee.

  • 3(i) Option means an Option granted pursuant to Section 3(i) of the Ordinance to any person who is Non- Employee.

  • Company Stock Options means issued and outstanding options to acquire Company Common Stock which were granted under the Company Stock Option Plans.

  • Company Convertible Securities means, collectively, any other options, warrants or rights to subscribe for or purchase any capital shares of the Company or securities convertible into or exchangeable for, or that otherwise confer on the holder any right to acquire any capital shares of the Company.

  • Stock Option Plans means any stock option plan now or hereafter adopted by the Partnership or the General Partner.

  • Company Stock Option Plans means the 1996 Equity Incentive Plan, 1998 Stock Option Plan for Non-Employee Directors and 1999 Employee Stock Option Plan.

  • Stock Appreciation Rights Agreement means a written agreement between the Company and a Holder with respect to an Award of Stock Appreciation Rights.

  • Share Option Plan means any equity incentive plan of the General Partner, the General Partner Entity, the Partnership and/or any Affiliate of the Partnership.

  • Approved Stock Plan means any employee benefit plan which has been approved by the Board of Directors of the Company, pursuant to which the Company's securities may be issued to any employee, officer or director for services provided to the Company.
