Support Hours definition

Support Hours means between 8:30am and 5pm during Monday to Friday excluding standard UK Bank Holidays.
Support Hours means Telarus will provide effort between the hours of 7:00am and 8:00pm, Melbourne local time, Monday to Friday excluding national public holidays.

Examples of Support Hours in a sentence

  • Deployment Support Hours will be scheduled during the Subscription Length under the corresponding Order Form under which the Deployment Services are purchased.

  • During Non-standard Support Hours the 4CB Crisis Managers should be initially contacted via telephone to communicate information that is urgently needed or useful to avoid or limit any negative impact on daily operations, as e-mails will not be monitored during this time.
