Deployment Support Hours will be scheduled during the Subscription Length under the corresponding Order Form under which the Deployment Services are purchased.
During Non-standard Support Hours the 4CB Crisis Managers should be initially contacted via telephone to communicate information that is urgently needed or useful to avoid or limit any negative impact on daily operations, as e-mails will not be monitored during this time.
Unless otherwise agreed by ForgeRock, Deployment Support Hours are only available Monday through Friday during ForgeRock’s regular business hours, excluding holidays and planned vacations for the applicable ForgeRock resource, or as reasonable, taking into account location and resource availability.
Most questions and issues related to the Service will be addressed during Product Support Hours, which may differ from Standard Service Availability Hours.
The time span when support is given by the 4CB is divided between: − standard support hours: from 06:30 until 19:30 on every T2S operating day except Catholic Easter Friday, Catholic Easter Monday and 1st of May; − Non-standard support hours: all times on T2S Operating Days which fall outside the Standard Support Hours.
