Support Fees definition

Support Fees means the fees, if any, payable by the State for Maintenance and Support Services as set forth in the Maintenance and Support Schedule.
Support Fees has the meaning set forth in Exhibit C.
Support Fees has the meaning set forth in Section 3.3.e of the SLA.

Examples of Support Fees in a sentence

  • Subject to Customer's timely payment of the support and maintenance fees stated in the Purchase Order ("Support Fees"), Aqua will provide the support and maintenance services ("Support Services") in accordance with the terms and conditions attached hereto as Exhibit A and set forth at xxxx://xxx.xxxxxxx.xxx/support-terms ("Support TCs").

  • The Monthly Maintenance & Support Fees are subject to adjustment as set forth in 1.2(iv) above.

  • In consideration of the provision of the Maintenance and Customer Support you shall pay to us the Maintenance and Customer Support Fees.

More Definitions of Support Fees

Support Fees means the fees for Support Services described as such in the Product Order.
Support Fees means fees payable by Customer for applicable NAVITAIRE Support Center Support as specified in Exhibit K.
