Support and Maintenance Services means the support and maintenance services described in Section 1 of these Support Terms.

Support and Maintenance Services means as set out in Schedule 1;

Support and Maintenance Services means the support and maintenance services offered by Sandvine for the End User of Hardware and Software eligible for support and maintenance services. Pursuant to this Support Plan, parts of the Support and Maintenance Services will be performed by Distributor and Sandvine, respectively. Support and Maintenance Services for the End User may include: technical support for Hardware and/or Software and Software upgrades.

APPENDIX B: Support and Maintenance Services to be provided by KISTERS to Client pursuant to this Agree- ment, including any and all Support Software related thereto.
Those timely payments shall be made to KISTERS within 30 days of Client receiving an invoice from KISTERS for the license fee for the Licensed Software and Support and Maintenance Services.
If this is not possible or if doing so inhibits Verisk from carrying out the required investigations, the Client authorises Verisk, Xxxxxx’s Affiliates and Sub Processors (which may be outside of the UK or the EAA) to process the personal data provided, solely to provide Support and Maintenance Services in accordance with the Agreement and Verisk’s policies then in force.
Training and consultancy are not included within the scope of Support and Maintenance Services and are subject to additional charge.
The Support and Maintenance Services will be provided during the hours of operation as described in Schedule “D” hereto, effective on the date the Software and Sublicensed Software is installed (the “Start Date”).

More Definitions of Support and Maintenance Services

Support and Maintenance Services means the services ordered by a Customer and described herein.

Support and Maintenance Services means the support and maintenance services for Products purchased by the End User to the extent applicable as identified in, and subject to, the End User Support Terms.

Support and Maintenance Services means those technical support and maintenance services for the Software made available by Ivanti under this Agreement.

Support and Maintenance Services means the support and maintenance services addressed in Schedule A.

Support and Maintenance Services means the services to be provided by the Supplier pursuant to these Support and Maintenance Terms as set out in the SOW;

Support and Maintenance Services means ISx’s provision of the services described in Section 4.1 hereunder.
