Support Amount definition

Support Amount means, for any period, the amount that, in the judgment of a Designated Financial Officer, would have been payable to the Borrower by the Sellers during such period pursuant to the Support Agreement if the Support Agreement were then still in effect, provided, however, that the aggregate of such amounts shall not in any event exceed $17,500,000 from and after the First Closing Date.
