More Definitions of Supply Plan

Supply Plan means the supply plans, or similar or successor filings, that each Scheduling Coordinator representing RA Capacity submits to the CAISO, LRA, or other Governmental Body, pursuant to Applicable Laws, in order for that RA Capacity to count, as applicable, for RAR Attributes, LAR Attributes, and/or FCR Attributes.
Supply Plan means the supply plan, or similar or successor filing, that a Scheduling Coordinator representing RA Capacity submits to the CAISO, LRA, or other applicable Governmental Body pursuant to Applicable Laws in order for the RA Attributes or LAR Attributes of such RA Capacity to count.
