Supply Items definition

Supply Items means, collectively, the Major Turbine Components and Ancillary Parts and Equipment.

Supply Items means the Turbines, including all Major Components and other components that comprise a Turbine, and all parts, materials, equipment and supplies that Turbine Supplier is obligated to provide pursuant to this Master Agreement and the applicable TPO.

Examples of Supply Items in a sentence

  • OR The executing agencies shall be paid the first progressive payment of 70% in case of Supply Items and 90% in case of Erection/Civil works Items where the agency also complies the following in addition to supply/erection/civil work done.

  • Purchaser hereby agrees to purchase and, subject to the terms and provisions hereof, Supplier agrees to supply and Deliver as provided in Subsections (a) and (b) below, the Supply Items and related Services for the Turbines.

  • Purchaser acknowledges that the technical, operation and maintenance, and other information it receives in connection with the Supply Items (including, without limitation, any and all firmware, software, Turbine Specifications, SCADA System Specifications, installation and operation and maintenance procedures, descriptions of know-how and similar written items) constitute copyrightable material.

Related to Supply Items

  • Raw Materials means all raw materials, supplies, components and packaging necessary to manufacture and ship the Product in accordance with the Specifications, as provided in Exhibit A, but not including the API.

  • Manufacturing Site means the facilities where a Compound is Manufactured by or on behalf of a Party, as such Manufacturing Site may change from time to time in accordance with Section 8.7.

  • Manufacturing Costs means [***].

  • Consumables means where the context permits, Digital Print Consumables, Inkjet Printing System Consumables and Prepress Consumables.

  • plant products means products of plant origin, unprocessed or having undergone simple preparation in so far as these are not plants, set out in Annex IV-A, Part 3 to this Agreement;

  • Manufacturing means all activities related to the manufacture of a Compound, including planning, purchasing, manufacture, processing, compounding, storage, filling, packaging, waste disposal, labeling, leafleting, testing, quality assurance, sample retention, stability testing, release, dispatch and supply, as applicable.

  • Remanufacturing means the activity of overhauling, retrofitting, fabricating, or repairing a product or its component parts for ultimate sale at retail.

  • Raw material means any unprocessed material in its raw or natural state that is intended to become part of the components of a cannabis product.

  • Plant Material means the leaves, stems, buds, and flowers of the marijuana plant, and does not include seedlings, seeds, clones, stalks, or roots of the plant or the weight of any non-marijuana ingredients combined with marijuana.

  • Refined Products means gasoline, diesel fuel, jet fuel, asphalt and asphalt products, and other refined products of crude oil.

  • Manufacturing Services means the manufacturing, quality control, quality assurance, stability testing, packaging, and related services, set forth in this Agreement, required to manufacture Product or Products from Active Materials and Components;

  • Manufacturing Facilities means facilities engaged in the mechanical or chemical transformation of materials or substances into new products and shall include:

  • Generator Maintenance Outage means the scheduled removal from service, in whole or in part, of a generating unit in order to perform necessary repairs on specific components of the facility, if removal of the facility meets the guidelines specified in the PJM Manuals.

  • Runtime Product means the version specific files and application program interfaces (APIs) specified in the RUNTIME.TXT file provided with SAP Crystal Reports 2008, SAP Crystal Reports for Eclipse 2.0, and SAP Crystal Reports for Visual Studio 2010.

  • Supply Point means the point of connection between the licensed network and your apparatus or equipment.

  • Manufacturing Process means any process for—

  • Manufacturing Facility means buildings and structures, including machinery and equipment, the primary purpose of which is or will be the manufacture of tangible goods or materials or the processing of such goods or materials by physical or chemical change.

  • Finished Products means the fully assembled and shrink-wrapped Licensed Products, each including a Game Cartridge, Game Cartridge label and Printed Materials.
