Supplier’s Staff definition

Supplier’s Staff means all persons employed by the Supplier and/or any Sub- Contractor to perform the Supplier’s obligations under the Contract together with the Supplier's and/or any Sub-Contractor's servants, consultants, agents, suppliers and Sub- Contractors used in the performance of the Supplier’s obligations under the Contract;

Examples of Supplier’s Staff in a sentence

  • The Supplier shall comply with all reasonable security requirements of the Customer while on the Premises and shall ensure that the Supplier’s Staff comply with such requirements.

  • The Supplier shall (and shall procure that Supplier’s Staff) comply with any notification requirements under the DPA and both Parties will duly observe all their obligations under the DPA which arise in connection with this Framework Agreement or under any Call Off Agreement.

More Definitions of Supplier’s Staff

Supplier’s Staff means all persons employed by the Supplier and/or any Sub-Contractor to perform the Supplier’s obligations under the Contract together with the Supplier's and/or any Sub-Contractor's servants, consultants, agents, suppliers and Sub-Contractors used in the performance of the Supplier’s obligations under the Contract;[“Supplier System” means the information and communication technology system used by the Supplier in performing the Contract including any information, communication and technology equipment and items provided by the Customer to the Supplier for the Supplier’s use in the performance of its obligations under this Contract. This shall not include however the Customer’s hardware, software and/or telecommunications networks or equipment used by the Customer or the Supplier in connection with the Contract which is owned by or licensed to the Customer by a third party and which interfaces with the Supplier System and which is necessary for the Customer to receive the Contract Services;]
Supplier’s Staff means the personnel engaged by the Supplier to perform the Services; and
Supplier’s Staff has the meaning given to it in Clause 6.1; and
Supplier’s Staff means employees or approved Subcontractors of Supplier who are in any way involved in the provision of services or delivery or products to Hitex.

Related to Supplier’s Staff

  • Supplier Staff means all persons employed by the Supplier together with the Supplier's servants, agents, suppliers and Sub-Contractors used in the performance of its obligations under this Framework Agreement or any Call-Off Agreements;

  • Supplier’s Team means the Supplier and, where applicable, any Relevant Person, and all other employees, consultants, agents and sub-contractors which the Supplier engages in any way in relation to the supply of the Services or the Goods; and

  • Supplier Personnel means Supplier’s employees, consultants, agents, independent contractors and Subcontractors.

  • Supplier’s Manager means a manager who at the relevant time carries such designation from the Supplier under, or in accordance with, ARTICLE 5;

The Supplier/Contractor shall be deemed to include its successors (approved by the purchaser), representatives, heirs, executors, administrators and permitted;

  • Vendors means the proposer(s) responding to this RFP and vendor(s) to whom a contract has been awarded as a result of this RFP by SMSD. A responsible vendor is a vendor who has adequate financial resources (or the ability to obtain such resources), can comply with the delivery requirements, and is a qualified and established firm regularly engaged in the type of business that provides the product(s) /service(s) listed herein.

  • Suppliers means any person or entity, including affiliates of the Company, who locates, purchases, sells, stores and/or transports natural gas or its equivalent for or on behalf of the Company. Suppliers may include, but not be limited to, interstate pipeline transmission companies, producers, brokers, marketers, associations, intrastate pipeline transmission companies, joint ventures, providers of LNG, LPG, SNG, and other hydrocarbons used as feed-stock, other distribution companies and end-users.

  • Provider Personnel means all persons employed or engaged by the Provider together with the Provider’s servants, agents, consultants and Sub-Contractors (and all persons employed by any Sub-Contractor together with the Sub-Contractor’s servants, consultants, agents, Provider’s and Sub-Contractors) used in the performance of its obligations under this Agreement;

  • Customer means the State agency or other entity identified in a contract as the party to receive commodities or contractual services pursuant to a contract or that orders commodities or contractual services via purchase order or other contractual instrument from the Contractor under the Contract. The “Customer” may also be the “Buyer” as defined in the PUR 1001 if it meets the definition of both terms.

  • HP means horsepower.

  • Customer User means an employee of Customer, a Customer Affiliate or Business Partner.

  • Supplier System means the information and communications technology system used by the Supplier in performing the Services including the Software, the Equipment and related cabling (but excluding the Customer System);

  • Service Provider Personnel means and refers to Service Provider employees or subcontractors hired and maintained to perform Services hereunder.

  • New Service Customers means all customers that submit an Interconnection Request, a Completed Application, or an Upgrade Request that is pending in the New Services Queue. New Service Request:

  • Customer Systems means the Customer's information technology infrastructure, including computers, software, hardware, databases, electronic systems (including database management systems), and networks, whether operated by Customer or through the use of third-party services.

  • Customer System means the Customer's computing environment (consisting of hardware, software and/or telecommunications networks or equipment) used by the Customer or the Supplier in connection with this Contract which is owned by or licensed to the Customer by a third party and which interfaces with the Supplier System or which is necessary for the Customer to receive the Services;

  • Customer Service means Company’s customer service telephone service department or representatives.

  • Customers means such brokerage or other customers or investment advisory or other clients of a Recipient, and/or accounts as to which such Recipient provides administrative support services or is a custodian or other fiduciary.

  • Contractors means the bidder whose bid has been accepted by the COE;

  • ACS means “asset-controlling supplier” as that term is defined in the Cap and Trade Regulations.
