  • Customers means such brokerage or other customers or investment advisory or other clients of a Recipient, and/or accounts as to which such Recipient provides administrative support services or is a custodian or other fiduciary.

  • Suppliers means any person or entity, including affiliates of the Company, who locates, purchases, sells, stores and/or transports natural gas or its equivalent for or on behalf of the Company. The “Customer” may also be the “Buyer” as defined in the PUR 1001 if it meets the definition of both terms.
