Supplier Tooling definition

Supplier Tooling means the bespoke tooling owned by you and put in place for the production of goods pursuant to the Contract.
Supplier Tooling means Tooling that has not been paid for by a Consenting OEM and is not Unpaid Tooling.
Supplier Tooling means Tooling which Supplier asserts is not owned by a Customer or another customer and which is not subject to a purchase order issued by a Customer or another customer.

More Definitions of Supplier Tooling

Supplier Tooling means Tooling that is neither GM Tooling nor Unpaid Tooling. “Unpaid Tooling” means Tooling for which GM has issued a purchase order and has not paid the applicable purchase order price. If GM or its designee, as the case may be, pays the amounts due and owing for any item of Unpaid Tooling, such item will be GM Tooling for all purposes under this Agreement. Within 30 days following the Partiesexecution of this Agreement, Supplier shall provide GM will a complete list of all GM Tooling.
Supplier Tooling means all tooling, equipment or machinery that is ---------------- owned by a Sponsor and used by a Tooled Vendor for the production of Purchased Parts.

  • Supplier Equipment means the Supplier's hardware, computer and telecoms devices, equipment, plant, materials and such other items supplied and used by the Supplier (but not hired, leased or loaned from the Customer) in the performance of its obligations under this Call Off Contract;

The Supplier/Contractor shall be deemed to include its successors (approved by the purchaser), representatives, heirs, executors, administrators and permitted;

  • Manufacturer means the person or body who is responsible to the approval authority for all aspects of the type approval process and for ensuring conformity of production. It is not essential that the person or body is directly involved in all stage of the construction of the vehicle, system, component or separate technical unit which is the subject of the approval process.

  • Consumables means where the context permits, Digital Print Consumables, Inkjet Printing System Consumables and Prepress Consumables.

  • Customer System means the Customer's computing environment (consisting of hardware, software and/or telecommunications networks or equipment) used by the Customer or the Supplier in connection with this Contract which is owned by or licensed to the Customer by a third party and which interfaces with the Supplier System or which is necessary for the Customer to receive the Services;

  • Customer User means an employee of Customer, a Customer Affiliate or Business Partner.

  • Contractor Equipment means all appliances and things of whatsoever nature (other than temporary works) required for execution and completion of works and remedying of any defects, therein. But does not include plant, materials or other things intended to form or forming part of the permanent works.

  • Customer-generator means a user of a net metering system.

  • Supplier of water means any person who owns or operates a public water system.
