Supplier System definition

Supplier System means the information and communications technology system used by the Supplier in performing the Services including the Software, the Equipment and related cabling (but excluding the Customer System);
Supplier System means the information and communication technology system used by the Supplier in performing the Contract including any information, communication and technology equipment and items provided by the Customer to the Supplier for the Supplier’s use in the performance of its obligations under this Contract. This shall not include however the Customer’s hardware, software and/or telecommunications networks or equipment used by the Customer or the Supplier in connection with the Contract which is owned by or licensed to the Customer by a third party and which interfaces with the Supplier System and which is necessary for the Customer to receive the Contract Services;

  • Both the ISMS and the Security Plan shall, unless otherwise specified in writing by the Authority, aim to protect all aspects of the Services and all processes associated with the delivery of the Services, including the Sites, the Supplier System and any ICT, information and data (including the Contracting Body Confidential Information) to the extent used by the Authority, the Contracting Body or the Supplier in connection with this Framework Agreement.

More Definitions of Supplier System

Supplier System means the information and communications technology system used by the Supplier in supplying the Services, including the Supplier Software, the Supplier Equipment, configuration and management utilities, calibration and testing tools and related cabling (but excluding the Customer System);
Supplier System means the information and communications technology system used by the Supplier in supplying the Services, including the Supplier Software, the Supplier Equipment, configuration and management utilities, calibration and testing tools and related cabling (but excluding the Customer System); Supplier's Confidential Information means any information, however it is conveyed, that relates to the business, affairs, developments, IPR of the Supplier (including the Supplier Background IPR) trade secrets, Know-How, and/or personnel of the Supplier; any other information clearly designated as being confidential (whether or not it is marked as confidential) or which ought reasonably to be considered to be confidential and which comes (or has come) to the Supplier’s attention or into the Supplier’s possession in connection with this Call Off Contract; information derived from any of the above.
Supplier System means the information and communications technology system used by the Supplier to directly perform the Services, including the Supplier Software and the Supplier equipment;
