Supplier Products means the products listed in the Agreement Details or Orders which bear the Supplier’s name and/or the Supplier Trademarks and the Supplier’s CE mark on the packaging and/or Labels;

Examples of Supplier Products in a sentence

  • To the extent that University policies provide for reviews or audits of claims or services arising from this Agreement, Supplier agrees to participate in such audit insofar as it is relevant and applicable to Supplier Products and Services and Supplier Personnel’s interaction with University.

  • Such leave of absence shall not affect the employee's seniority and/or benefits contained in this Agreement.

  • Supplier acknowledges that Customer depends on Supplier for timely Resolution of Errors arising from Customer’s use of Supplier Products or Services, and that Supplier’s failure to provide such timely Resolutions may result in direct costs to Customer.

  • Customer will procure Supplier Products using a Sales Order that references this Agreement and which will be binding upon by Supplier and Customer upon signature by Supplier and Customer.

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing sentence, Distributor shall not actively advertise or actively solicit orders for Supplier Products outside of the Territory.

  • Software Products and “Software” are interchangeable and mean software, computer source codes and other computer programs.

  • Manufacturer means the person or body who is responsible to the approval authority for all aspects of the type approval process and for ensuring conformity of production. It is not essential that the person or body is directly involved in all stage of the construction of the vehicle, system, component or separate technical unit which is the subject of the approval process.

  • Supplier Software means software which is proprietary to the Supplier or its Affiliates which is used or supplied by the Supplier in the provision of the Services; Supplier Staff means all persons employed or engaged by the Supplier together with the Supplier's servants, agents, suppliers, consultants and Sub-Contractors (and all persons employed by any Sub-Contractor together with the Sub-Contractor’s servants, consultants, agents, suppliers and Sub-Contractors) used in the performance of its obligations under this Contract; Time and Materials means the pricing mechanism for the Services as may be agreed by the Parties and set out at paragraph Error: Reference source not found in the SOW; TUPE means the Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) Regulations 2006 (SI 2006/246) as amended or replaced or any other regulations or UK legislation implementing the Acquired Rights Directive; Velocity means the Metric which measures the total number of Story Points for Stories that have been accepted in a Sprint, indicating the rate of progress towards Acceptance of all Stories from the Product Backlog;

  • Products and Services means the products and/or services to be sold by Vendor hereunder as identified and described on Attachment A hereto and incorporated herein, as may be updated from time to time by Vendor to reflect products and/or services offered by Vendor generally to its customers.

  • SAP Products means Software, Documentation, SAP Materials, Services, Subscription Services, Cloud Services and Maintenance Services. “SAP SDK” means SAP software development kit that includes tools such as APIs, source code, redistributable files and instructions. “Services” means SAP’s then-current services offered under and described in detail in the applicable SAP PartnerEdge Model.

  • Finished Product means a cannabis product in its final form to be sold at a retail premises.

  • Company Products means each product (including any hardware, Software and firmware product) or service developed, manufactured, sold, licensed, leased or delivered by the Company or any of its Subsidiaries.
