Supplier Environment definition

Supplier Environment means the combination of hardware, software, operating systems, database systems, tools and network components used by or on behalf of Supplier to receive, maintain, Process, store, access or transmit GSK Data.
Supplier Environment means the hardware and other equipment, communications and other IT infrastructure of the Supplier or its Associated Companies made available by the Supplier in connection with, as part of or as a Service;
Supplier Environment has the meaning given in Section 15.2(f).

More Definitions of Supplier Environment

Supplier Environment means any and all Supplier or subcontractor facilities, equipment, workstations, servers, cloud environments, software, mobile devices, networks, storage devices, applications, and other systems that Process Confidential Information, or that provide or are used in connection with providing the Services to DN.
Supplier Environment. The computing Environment provided or serviced by the Supplier (including the Supplier Materials, the Third Party Materials and any computer, communications and other Equipment owned or leased by the Supplier and used by the Supplier to provide the Services and all associated accessories and peripherals). Supplier Equipment Any hardware or other equipment which is used by or on behalf of the Supplier in the course of performing the Services.
Supplier Environment means the hardware, Software, contracts, Intellectual Property, assets, facilities, and other resources owned, leased, licensed or otherwise controlled by Supplier (collectively, "Supplier Resources") that, directly or indirectly, interface with, interconnect with, exchange data with or otherwise interact or interoperate with the relevant environment or the systems Supplier uses internally. Except as otherwise provided in this Agreement, the Supplier environment is out of the scope of the Deliverables. 1.148. Supplier Facilities has the meaning set out in Clause 7.1 of the Main Agreement. 1.149. Supplier Personnel means Supplier staff, be they permanent, temporary or contractors, and subcontractor’s personnel delivering or performing Deliverables on behalf of the Supplier. 1.150. Supplier Policies has the meaning set out in Clause 4.4.1.2 of Schedule E (Governance). 1.151. Supplier Proposal means the Supplier’s formal response to the Request for Proposal 22-2023 as per Schedule H (Supplier Proposal). 1.152. Supplier Service Delivery Manager means a person designated by the Supplier who will: (a) serve as Supplier’s single point of accountability for the Deliverables; and (b) have day-to-day authority for ensuring Supplier’s fulfilment of its obligations under the Agreement and SARS’s satisfaction with the Deliverables. The Supplier Service Delivery Manager will be a senior member of the Supplier Personnel who will have the authority to act on behalf of Supplier and its Subcontractors. 1.153. Supplier Site means a physical location from which Supplier or a Subcontractor is performing any of the Deliverables, excluding any SARS Sites. 1.154. Silver means a Support Level with associated Service Level Target as set out in Table 2: Support Levels of Appendix C-1 (Service Levels and Credits). 1.
Supplier Environment means Supplier collection of computers, data storage devices, workstations, software applications, and networks that support the processing and exchange of electronic information.

  • Customer Environment means Customer’s data network/equipment and premises environment.

  • Materials of Environmental Concern any gasoline or petroleum (including crude oil or any fraction thereof) or petroleum products or any hazardous or toxic substances, materials or wastes, defined or regulated as such in or under any Environmental Law, including asbestos, polychlorinated biphenyls and urea-formaldehyde insulation.

  • Contractor Equipment means all appliances and things of whatsoever nature (other than temporary works) required for execution and completion of works and remedying of any defects, therein. But does not include plant, materials or other things intended to form or forming part of the permanent works.

  • Supplier System means the information and communications technology system used by the Supplier in performing the Services including the Software, the Equipment and related cabling (but excluding the Customer System);

  • Waste Material means (1) any “hazardous substance” under Section 101(14) of CERCLA, 42 U.S.C. § 9601(14); (2) any pollutant or contaminant under Section 101(33) of CERCLA, 42 U.S.C. § 9601(33); (3) any “solid waste” under Section 1004(27) of RCRA, 42 U.S.C. § 6903(27); and (4) any “hazardous substance” under Wis. Stat. § 292.01.

  • Hazardous chemical has the meaning given in subregulation 5(1) of the Work Health and Safety Regulations 2011 (Cth) and includes: prohibited carcinogen, as defined in subregulation 5(1) of the Work Health and Safety Regulations 2011 (Cth); restricted carcinogen, as defined in subregulation 5(1) of the Work Health and Safety Regulations 2011 (Cth); hazardous chemicals the use of which is restricted under regulation 382 of the Work Health and Safety Regulations 2011 (Cth), including polychlorinated biphenyls; Schedule 11 Hazardous Chemicals; hazardous chemicals listed in Table 14.1 of Schedule 14 of the Work Health and Safety Regulations 2011 (Cth); Schedule 15 Chemicals; and lead as defined in subregulation 5(1) of the Work Health and Safety Regulations 2011 (Cth).

  • Decontamination means a process that attempts to remove or reduce to an acceptable level a contaminant exceeding an allowable threshold set forth in these Rules in a harvest batch or production batch.

  • Phase I Environmental Assessment A “Phase I assessment” as described in, and meeting the criteria of, the ASTM, plus a radon and asbestos inspection.

  • Contractor Software means software which is proprietary to the Contractor, including software which is or will be used by the Contractor for the purposes of providing the Services.

  • Contaminated site means a site where there is a confirmed presence, caused by man, of hazardous substances of such a level that they pose a significant risk to human health or the environment taking into account current and approved future use of the land;

  • Environmentally Sensitive Material means oil, oil products and any other substance (including any chemical, gas or other hazardous or noxious substance) which is (or is capable of being or becoming) polluting, toxic or hazardous;

  • Hazardous air pollutant means any air pollutant listed as a hazardous air pollutant pursuant to Section 112(b) of the FCAA.

  • Contractor System means the information and communications technology system used by the Contractor in performing the Services including the Software, the Contractor Equipment and related cabling (but excluding the Authority System).

  • ESD means the Washington State Employment Security Department.

  • Hazardous substance UST system means an UST system that contains a hazardous substance defined in section 101(14) of the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation and Liability Act of 1980 (but not including any substance regulated as a hazardous waste under subtitle C) or any mixture of such substances and petroleum, and which is not a petroleum UST system.

  • Transportation System means the facilities at any time in place to receive Shipper’s Gas at the Entry Point(s), process, handle, transport and redeliver the Gas at the Exit Point(s), in accordance with the Transportation Agreement, as detailed in Transportation System Description.

  • Hazardous Materials does not include products or materials that are commonly used in construction or industrial practice so long as they are used in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions or Material Safety Data Sheets issued for the product or materials. (See Article 1.6.3 below.)

  • Phase I Environmental Site Assessment means a Phase I environmental property assessment of the Assets that satisfies the basic assessment requirements set forth under the current ASTM International Standard Practice for Environmental Site Assessments (Designation E1527-13) or any other visual site assessment or review of records, reports or documents.
