Supplier Credits definition

Examples of Supplier Credits in a sentence

  • Customer hereby authorizes IBM Credit to collect directly from any Authorized Supplier any credits, rebates, bonuses or discounts owed by such Authorized Supplier to Customer ("Supplier Credits").

  • IBM Credit may apply any payments and Supplier Credits received by IBM Credit to reduce finance charges first and then to principal amounts of Advances owed by Customer.

  • Any Supplier Credits collected by IBM Credit shall in no way reduce Customer's debt to IBM Credit in respect of the Outstanding Advances until such Supplier Credits are applied by IBM Credit; provided, however, that in the event any such Supplier Credits must be returned or disgorged or are otherwise unavailable for application, then Customer's Obligations will be reinstated as if such Supplier Credits had never been applied.

  • Any Supplier Credits received by IBM Credit may be applied by IBM Credit to the Outstanding Advances.

  • Any Supplier Credits collected by IBM Credit shall in no way reduce Customer's debt to IBM Credit in respect of the Total Outstanding Indebtedness until such Supplier Credits are applied by IBM Credit; provided, however, that in the event any such Supplier Credits must be returned or disgorged or are otherwise unavailable for application, then Customer's Obligations will be reinstated as if such Supplier Credits had never been applied.

  • Any Supplier Credits received by IBM Credit may be applied by IBM Credit to the Total Outstanding Indebtedness.

  • Notwithstanding the terms of this Section 3.1 and provided no default or event of default under the Agreement has occurred and is continuing, IBM Credit shall return to Customer, on a weekly basis, all Supplier Credits.

Related to Supplier Credits

  • Employer Credits means the amounts credited to the Participant’s Deferred Compensation Account by the Employer pursuant to the provisions of Section 4.2.

  • Seller credit card means either of the following:

  • Service Credits means the service credits payable to the Purchaser by the Service Provider in the event that the Service Levels are not met and identified as service credits in the Pricing Schedule.

  • Customer Credit Liabilities means at any time, the aggregate remaining value at such time of (a) outstanding gift certificates and gift cards of the Borrowers entitling the holder thereof to use all or a portion of the certificate or gift card to pay all or a portion of the purchase price for any Inventory, and (b) outstanding merchandise credits of the Borrowers.

  • Supplier Equipment means the Supplier's hardware, computer and telecoms devices, equipment, plant, materials and such other items supplied and used by the Supplier (but not hired, leased or loaned from the Customer) in the performance of its obligations under this Call Off Contract;

  • Schedule of Assumed Executory Contracts and Unexpired Leases means the schedule of certain Executory Contracts and Unexpired Leases to be assumed (or assumed and assigned) by the Debtors pursuant to the Plan, as the same may be amended, modified, or supplemented from time to time by the Debtors.

  • Service Credit means the periods of time for which the required contributions have been made to

  • Consumer credit means credit offered or extended to a consumer primarily for personal, family, or household purposes.

  • Customer Equipment means hardware, software, systems, cabling and facilities provided by you and used in conjunction with the Equipment that we supply to you in order to receive the Services;

  • END USER CUSTOMER LOCATION means the physical location of the premises where an End User makes use of the telecommunications services.

  • Service Level Credit is defined in Section 8.

  • Service Level Agreements means an agreement between NZX and a Market Participant and/or an Advisor setting out the terms and conditions of use of NZX technology and services;

  • Support Service means an activity, such as information technology, accounting, human resources, legal, and other support functions that are required to support the ongoing delivery of core services.

  • Schedule of Rejected Executory Contracts and Unexpired Leases means the schedule of certain Executory Contracts and Unexpired Leases to be rejected by the Debtors pursuant to the Plan in the form filed as part of the Plan Supplement, as the same may be amended, modified, or supplemented from time to time.

  • Emission Reduction Credits or “ERC(s)” means emission reductions that have been authorized by a local air pollution control district pursuant to California Division 26 Air Resources; Health and Safety Code Sections 40709 and 40709.5, whereby such district has established a system by which all reductions in the emission of air contaminants that are to be used to offset certain future increases in the emission of air contaminants shall be banked prior to use to offset future increases in emissions.

  • Assumed Executory Contract and Unexpired Lease List means the list, as determined by the Debtors or the Reorganized Debtors, as applicable, of Executory Contracts and Unexpired Leases (with proposed cure amounts) that will be assumed by the Reorganized Debtors, which list shall be included in the Plan Supplement.

  • Credits means the Federal and State Housing Tax Credit program.

  • End User Customer means a third party retail Customer that subscribes to a Telecommunications Service provided by either of the Parties or by another Carrier or by two (2) or more Carriers.

  • Prior service credit means credit provided under ORS 238.442 or under ORS 238.225 (2)
