Supplied Equipment definition

Supplied Equipment means the Gaming Terminals, signs (includes video signage as well as terminal and non‐terminal signage) and Fixtures which may be provided by the AGLC. (Added Jan. 2015)

Supplied Equipment means the ticket terminal, customer display unit, equipment and signs and fixtures which may be provided by WCLC and the PO to operate and sell Lottery Products.

• Customer shall not remove any Exodus Supplied Equipment from the Customer Area(s) without the prior written consent of Exodus.

More Definitions of Supplied Equipment

Supplied Equipment means the equipment covered by the Work to be performed by Honeywell under this Agreement, and is limited to the new equipment included in Attachment A (“Scope of Work”).

Supplied Equipment means Equipment and Software supplied by us to you under the terms of this Agreement. Transaction includes a sales Transaction (being the supply of goods or services or both), a cash out Transaction, void reversal, pre-authorisation, tokenisation, Refund, or Cash Related Transaction in which a Card or Card number is used and which is processed by you either manually or electronically.

Supplied Equipment means the equipment supplied with the motorhome and includes but is not limited to: TV, DVD player and satellite, Oven, Radio/Satnav stereo, reversing equipment -rear view mirror, crockery, cutlery, cooking utensils, bedding etc Security Deposit means the amount held as security in relation to this hire.

Supplied Equipment any equipment supplied, or to be supplied, by us to you pursuant to this Agreement, as more particularly identified in the Proposal and/or any relevant Schedule;
