Supplementary Cardmember means a person who has been nominated by the Cardmember to be issued with an additional Card on the Account and is also covered by the insurance benefits included with the Card.
Supplementary Card means a Card issued by the Bank subject to this Agreement to a Supplementary Cardholder nominated by the Principal Cardholder and at the joint request of the Principal Cardholder and such Supplementary Cardholder; and
Supplementary Cardholder means the person who has been issued a Supplementary Card.
Supplementary aids and services means aids, services and other supports that are provided in regular education classes or other education-related settings and in extracurricular and nonacademic settings to enable children with disabilities to be educated with children without disabilities to the maximum extent appropriate.
Supplementary Material means, collectively, any amendment to the Offering Documents and any amendment or supplemental prospectus or ancillary materials that may be filed by or on behalf of the Corporation under Applicable Securities Laws relating to the Offering and/or the distribution of the Offered Shares;

CMU Service means the Central Moneymarkets Unit Service, operated by the Hong Kong Monetary Authority;
Supplementary Conditions means the part of the Contract that amends or supplements the General Conditions;
900 service means an inbound toll telecommunications service purchased by a subscriber that allows the subscriber's customers to call in to the subscriber's prerecorded announcement or live service, and which is typically marketed under the name "900 service" and any subsequent numbers designated by the federal communications commission. "900 service" does not include the charge for collection services provided by the seller of the telecommunications service to the subscriber, or services or products sold by the subscriber to the subscriber's customer.
Supplementary Agreement means the agreement of which a copy is set out in the Fifth Schedule;
Military service means honorably serving on federal active duty, state active duty, or national guard duty, as defined in Iowa Code section 29A.1; in the military services of other states, as provided in 10 U.S.C. Section 101(c); or in the organized reserves of the United States, as provided in 10 U.S.C. Section 10101.
NEW SERVICE means a service, treatment, procedure, facility, equipment, drug, device, or supply we previously have not reviewed to determine if the service is eligible for coverage under this plan. NON-NETWORK PHARMACY is any pharmacy that has not entered into a contract to accept our pharmacy allowance for prescription drugs and diabetic equipment or supplies covered under this plan.
Extended school year services means special education and related services that are provided to a child with a disability and meet the standards of the State of Wisconsin. These services are provided beyond the normal school year of the local educational agency, in accordance with the individualized education program (IEP), and at no cost to the parents of the child.
Provider Service means a Provider’s hosted online services (if any) as described in the Solution Exhibit which is provided by Provider to Customers located in the Territory through remote access via the Internet as part of the BPO Service. A Provider Platform Application shall be considered a Provider Service.
Basic Plan means as to any Member or Vested Former Member the defined benefit pension plan of the Company or an Affiliated Employer intended to meet the requirements of Code Section 401(a) pursuant to which retirement benefits are payable to such Member or Vested Former Member or to the Surviving Spouse or designated beneficiary of a deceased Member or Vested Former Member.
Eligibility Service of an employee means the period or periods of service credited to him under the provisions of Article II for purposes of determining his eligibility to participate in the Plan as may be required under Article III or Article VI.
Basic Service means any service tier that includes the retransmission of local television broadcast Signals and any equipment or installation used in connection with Basic Service.
Additional Service means any Services/Deliverables within the scope of the Contract, but not specifically provided under any Statement of Work, that once added will result in the need to provide the Contractor with additional consideration.
Support Service means an activity, such as information technology, accounting, human resources, legal, and other support functions that are required to support the ongoing delivery of core services.
Paging service means a telecommunications service that provides transmission of coded radio signals for the purpose of activating specific pagers, which may include messages or sounds.
Elementary school means a school for early education that provides the first four to eight years of basic education and recog nized by the Washington state superintendent of public instruction.
Testing service means a national testing service selected by the board.
alerting service means a service provided to notify appropriate organisations regarding aircraft in need of search and rescue aid, and assist such organisations as required;
Service Variation has the meaning attributed to it in paragraph 7.1;
Vesting Service of an employee means the period or periods of service credited to him under the provisions of Article II for purposes of determining his vested interest in his Employer Contributions Sub-Account, if Employer Contributions are provided for under either Article VI or Article XXII.
800 service means a telecommunications service that:
