Supplementary Grant definition

Supplementary Grant means budget grant within the meaning of Article 84 of the Constitution;
Supplementary Grant means a grant voted by the Legislative Assembly on a Supplementary Statement of expenditure presented to it.

Each RSU Award Agreement will be subject to the terms and conditions of the Plan.

  • Non-Exempt Director Award means a Non-Exempt Award granted to a Participant who was a Director but not an Employee on the applicable grant date.

  • Assistance unit means a cash assistance unit as defined in WAC 388-408-0005. An assistance unit is the group of people who live to- gether and whose income or resources the department counts to decide eligibility for benefits and the amount of benefits.

  • Severance Plan means any severance plan maintained by the Company that is applicable to the Participant.

  • Sub-grant Agreement means an agreement entered into, or proposed to be entered into, between the Bank and a Sub-grant Recipient; and

  • Deferred Compensation Award means an award of Stock Units granted to a Participant pursuant to Section 11 of the Plan.
