Supplementary Documentation definition

Supplementary Documentation means all documentation and/or information which is in the possession of or under the control of the Provider or, where applicable, any of the Provider’s affiliates, subsidiaries, owners, shareholders, directors, officers, employees, agents, contractors or partners or any persons, corporations or other business organizations who do not deal at arms length with any of them, which documentation and/or information:
Supplementary Documentation means the Lift-Contractor’s specification, technical description of the “equipment” or components of the “equipment” offered, technical or other pamphlets or add-ins, terms and conditions of contract and drawings submitted with the tender return or offer. Supplementary documentation shall not be regarded as contractually binding, relevant and/or necessary information in terms of deviations or substitutions unless it specifically deals with issues raised in the “covering letter”.
Supplementary Documentation. Civica’s obligations in respect of provision of Services may be further detailed in documents such as a “Proposal”, “Project Plan”, “Specification” and Special Terms (collectively “Additional Documents”) which when referenced in the Order Form will form part of the Call Off Contract between Civica and the Customer.
