Supplemental Trust Deed definition

Supplemental Trust Deed means the supplemental trust deed which constitutes and secures, inter alia, the Notes, dated 3 November 2016 and made between the Lender, the Trustee and the agents named therein.
Supplemental Trust Deed means a supplemental trust deed between, inter alios, the Issuer and The Royal Bank of Scotland plc in respect of the Notes dated on or about the date of this Issuance Document.
Supplemental Trust Deed means a supplemental trust deed in respect of a Series of Notes which constitutes and secures, inter alia, such Series dated the relevant Closing Date and made between the Lender and the Trustee (substantially in the form set out in Schedule 10 of the Principal Trust Deed).

More Definitions of Supplemental Trust Deed

Supplemental Trust Deed means, in respect of a Series of Securities, the supplemental trust deed dated on or about the Series Issue Date of such Series entered into as a deed by the Issuer, the Trustee and any other parties thereto as amended, supplemented, novated or replaced from time to time.
Supplemental Trust Deed means the supplemental trust deed dated the Issue Date between the Issuer and the Trustee substantially in the form set out in Schedule 5 to this Principal Trust Deed.
Supplemental Trust Deed means the supplemental trust deed between the Lender and the Trustee dated 22 November 2013 supplementing the Principal Trust Deed in relation to the Notes.
Supplemental Trust Deed means the supplemental trust deed specified in the Notes Data Table entered into on the Initial Issue Date between, inter alios, the Issuer and the Trustee in respect of the Notes as the same may from time to time be amended and supplemented pursuant to any Further Supplemental Trust Deed(s).
Supplemental Trust Deed means, in respect of a Series of ETP Securities, a supplemental trust deed (as amended, supplemented, novated and/or replaced from time to time) dated the Issue Date of the first Tranche of ETP Securities of such Series and made between the Issuer, the Trustee and such other persons as may be specified therein which supplements the Master Trust Deed.
Supplemental Trust Deed means a supplemental Deed executed between the Management Company and the Trustee with the approval of the Commission, describing any amendments made to the Trust Deed.
Supplemental Trust Deed means a deed supplemental to this deed entered into by the Issuer and the Trustee pursuant to clause 2.4 constituting and setting out the terms and conditions of a Series.
