Supplemental Trust Agreement definition

Supplemental Trust Agreement means any trust agreement then in full force and effect which has been duly executed and delivered by the Authority and the Trustee amendatory hereof or supplemental hereto; but only if and to the extent that such Supplemental Trust Agreement is executed and delivered pursuant to the provisions hereof.
Supplemental Trust Agreement means with respect to each Series of Series 2016 Bonds, the applicable Supplemental Trust Agreement between the University and the Trustee, authorized pursuant to Section 8 of this Resolution, including as part thereof this Resolution and the applicable Certificate of Award.

  • Unless the context otherwise requires, the terms defined in this Section shall for all purposes hereof and of any Supplemental Trust Agreement and of any certificate, opinion, request or other document herein or therein mentioned have the meanings herein specified, unless otherwise defined in such other document.

More Definitions of Supplemental Trust Agreement

Supplemental Trust Agreement means any trust agreement supplemental to or amendatory of the Trust Agreement which is duly executed and delivered in accordance with the provisions of the Trust Agreement.
