Supplemental Security definition

Supplemental Security shall have the meaning specified in subsection 6.9(d).
Supplemental Security means (a) mortgage insurance provided by (i) FHA, (ii) REMIC and
Supplemental Security means any one or more of the following: (a) any Credit Agreement or other credit enhancement for specified Obligations, (b) any funds received by or obligations payable to the Issuer, other than Gross Revenues, including but not limited to Excluded Fee and Charge Revenues, and funds received by or payable to the Issuer under a Hedge Agreement, (c) the proceeds from the sale of Obligations issued for the purpose of refinancing, redeeming or refunding then-Outstanding Obligations, or (d) a mortgage or encumbrance of Wharves’ Facilities acquired with the proceeds of the sale of the Obligations and permitted by Section 703; in each case which the Issuer chooses to include as a security for specified First Lien Obligations, Second Lien Obligations, or Inferior Lien Obligations pursuant to a Supplemental Indenture, as provided in Section 304.

"Termination Notice" shall have the meaning specified in subsection 10.1(d). "Termination Proceeds" shall have the meaning specified in subsection 12.2(c). "Transfer Agent and Registrar" shall have the meaning specified in Section 6.4. "Transfer Date" shall mean the Business Day immediately preceding each Distribution Date. "Transfer Restriction Event" shall have the meaning specified in Section 2.11.
