Supplemental Loan Account. The separate Eligible Account created and maintained by the Trustee pursuant to Section 3.05 in the name of the Trustee for the benefit of the Certificateholders and designated "The Bank of New York, in trust for registered holders of CWMBS, Inc., CHL Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2002-3." Funds in the Supplemental Loan Account shall be held in trust for the Certificateholders for the uses and purposes set forth in this Agreement and shall not be a part of any REMIC created hereunder; provided, however, that any investment income earned from Permitted Investments made with funds in the Supplemental Loan Account shall be for the account of the Depositor.

Related to Supplemental Loan Account

  • Supplemental Loan means any loan that is subordinate to the Senior Indebtedness.

  • Revolving Loan Account has the meaning described in Section 2.1.9 (Revolving Loan Account).

  • Project Loan Account means any of the Accounts within the Project Fund so designated and established by Article V.

  • Funding Loan Agreement means the Funding Loan Agreement, of even date herewith, among the Governmental Lender, the Fiscal Agent and the Funding Lender, as it may from time to time be supplemented, modified or amended by one or more amendments or other instruments supplemental thereto entered into pursuant to the applicable provisions thereof.
