Supplemental Letter definition

Supplemental Letter means the supplemental letter of even date herewith between the Parties relating to certain understandings and agreements in addition to those included in this Agreement.
Supplemental Letter means the letter of even date herewith from the Borrower to the Association which sets forth the monitoring and evaluation indicators for the Project referred to in paragraph 1(a) of Schedule 4 to this Agreement.

More Definitions of Supplemental Letter

Supplemental Letter means the letter of even date herewith, from the Borrower to the Association, setting forth the monitoring indicators for the Project.
Supplemental Letter means the letter, supplemental to the Letter of Guarantee, to be issued by the Refund Guarantor in favour of the New Buyer, in form and substance as set out in Schedule 2 hereto. Except as otherwise defined herein, terms defined in the New Shipbuilding Contract shall have the same meaning when used herein including in the recitals hereto.
