Supplemental Document definition

Supplemental Document has the meaning given in clause 4.4;

Supplemental Document means any supplemental document amending or supplementing this Accompanying Document in accordance with Article VII.

• If there is any conflict between the clauses of any Supplemental Document and the Account Agreement, the provisions in the Supplemental Document shall prevail.

• If this Agreement and/or the Supplemental Document is terminated, Toolio will cease to provide all Products and Services hereunder for Customer’s account and all licenses and access rights granted to Customer hereunder shall immediately terminate.

• In the event of a conflict between this Agreement and the Supplemental Documents this Agreement shall take precedence as to terms and conditions of a legal nature, and the Supplemental Documents shall take precedence as to service level obligations, Customer obligations and responsibilities, matters of a distinctly similar nature thereto, and any issue or matter which any Supplemental Document specifically states it takes precedence over this Agreement in relation to.

• Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Agreement or the applicable Supplemental Document, if Toolio terminates Customer’s access to the Products and/or Services due to Customer’s breach of any of the applicable terms of this Agreement, Toolio is not obligated to issue a refund or credit for any unused portion of such Services.

• Further, Toolio represents and warrants that: (i) Toolio will provide the Products and Services in accordance with the applicable Supplemental Document; (ii) the functionality of the Products will not be materially decreased during a subscription term, except during a scheduled service disruption as provided herein or in the applicable Supplemental Document; and (iii) Toolio will implement reasonable measures to assure that the Products will not contain or transmit to Customer any Malicious Code.

More Definitions of Supplemental Document

Supplemental Document means an ordering document for Customer’s purchases of Products and/or Services from Toolio that is executed by the parties and references this Agreement. Supplemental Documents include, but are not limited to, Statements of Work and Order Forms.

Supplemental Document means the document consisting of (a) Disclaimer (b) Risk Disclosure Statements for Futures and Options and (c) Summary of Prescribed Limits and Reporting Level Applicable to Clients’ Accounts provided by EFHK to the Client before the opening of the Account and/or from time to time (including but not limited to the Supplemental Document annexed to the Futures Client Account Opening Document); “補充文件”是指由安信期貨在開户前及/或不時向客户提供之文件包括(a)免責聲明及 (b)期貨及期權的風險 披露文件及(c) 適用於客户户口的持倉限額及申報水平概要（包括但不局限於附載於期貨客戶開戶文件中之補充文件）組成的文件；

Supplemental Document means any deed, agreement, licence, memorandum or other document which is supplemental to this Lease; "Tenant" includes the Tenant's successors in title;

Supplemental Document means this supplemental document dated 17 November 2017, containing additional information relating to CNBM and Sinoma jointly issued by or on behalf of CNBM and Sinoma in accordance with the Takeovers Code in connection with the Merger.

The Company and the Initial Purchaser agree that no offering of the Notes will be made by the Company or the Initial Purchaser with any “written communication” (within the meaning of the 1933 Act Regulations other than such Supplemental Document) without the prior written agreement of the Company and the Initial Purchaser; provided, however, that prior to the preparation of the Final Term Sheet, the Initial Purchaser is authorized to use the information to be set forth in the Final Term Sheet in communications conveying information relating to the offering to investors.
