Supplemental Cardholder definition

Supplemental Cardholder means the person to whom a Card has been issued under the Account at the request and authorization of the Primary Cardholder.
Supplemental Cardholder means a person to whom a Card has been issued under the account at the request and authorization of the Primary Cardholder, and who has no liability for any amounts owing under this Agreement.
Supplemental Cardholder means a person to whom we have issued a card on your credit card account at your request.

  • When you or a Supplemental Cardholder agree to set up an Installment Plan, you agree that the Monthly Installment Charge (as determined in accordance with Section 5.2) will be applied to your Account every month until each Eligible Installment Plan Purchase has been fully charged to your Account.

  • Additional Cardholder means the person you have authorised to use a prepaid card connected to your account, who you agree is authorised to undertake transactions on your behalf and who is also subject to these terms and conditions

  • Cardholder Agreement means the agreement between Bank and a Cardholder governing the terms and use of a Card.

  • Eligible Account Holder means any Person holding a Qualifying Deposit on the Eligibility Record Date for purposes of determining Subscription Rights and establishing subaccount balances in the liquidation accounts to be established pursuant to Section 15 hereof.

  • Series Enhancement means the rights and benefits provided to the Trust or the Investor Certificateholders of any Series or Class pursuant to any letter of credit, surety bond, insurance policy, cash collateral guaranty, subordinated interest in the Trust Assets, cash collateral account, collateral interest, spread account, guaranteed rate agreement, maturity liquidity facility, tax protection agreement, interest rate swap agreement, interest rate cap agreement or other similar arrangement. The subordination of any Series or Class to another Series or Class shall be deemed to be a Series Enhancement.

  • Credit Enhancement Provider means, with respect to any Securities, any person issuing, funding or otherwise making available, for the benefit of Securityholders or any party to a Serviced Corporate Trust Contract, an asset as an enhancement of the credit quality or liquidity of any Securities or the mortgage assets or other assets pledged for or underlying such Securities, such as a letter of credit, surety bond, insurance policy, guaranty, reserve fund pledge or collateral undertaking.

  • Credit Enhancement means, with respect to this Agreement, any credit enhancement or other credit support arrangement in support of the obligations of the Company hereunder or with respect hereto, including any guarantee, collateral arrangement (including any pledge, charge, mortgage or other security interest in collateral or title transfer arrangement), trust or similar arrangement, letter of credit, transfer of margin, reimbursement obligation or any similar arrangement.

  • Supplementary Card means a Card issued by the Bank subject to this Agreement to a Supplementary Cardholder nominated by the Principal Cardholder and at the joint request of the Principal Cardholder and such Supplementary Cardholder; and

  • Credit card means any card, plate, coupon book, or other credit device ex- isting for the purpose of obtaining money, property, labor, or services on credit.

  • Credit Card Guidelines means the respective policies and procedures of the Account Owner, as the case may be, as such policies and procedures may be amended from time to time, (a) relating to the operation of its credit card business, which generally are applicable to its portfolio of revolving credit card accounts and in each case which are consistent with prudent practice, including the policies and procedures for determining the creditworthiness of credit card customers and the extension of credit to credit card customers, and (b) relating to the maintenance of revolving credit card accounts and collection of credit card receivables.

  • Credit Card Notification has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 5.11.

  • Credit Card Issuer means any Person (other than a Loan Party) who issues or whose members issue credit cards or debit cards, including, without limitation, MasterCard or VISA bank credit or debit cards or other bank credit or debit cards issued through MasterCard International, Inc., Visa, U.S.A., Inc. or Visa International and American Express, Discover, Diners Club, Xxxxx Xxxxxxx and other non-bank credit or debit cards, including, without limitation, credit or debit cards issued by or through American Express Travel Related Services Company, Inc. or Discover Financial Services, Inc.

  • Supplemental Certificate shall have the meaning specified in Section 6.03.

  • New Provider means any replacement service provider or providers engaged to provide the Services (or part thereof) or substantially similar services or the Authority itself where the Services or substantially similar services or part thereof continue to be provided by the Authority after partial termination, termination or expiry of this Contract;

  • Account Schedule means a computer file or microfiche list containing a true and complete list of Accounts, identified by account number, and setting forth, with respect to each Account, the aggregate amount outstanding in such Account (a) on the Initial Cut-Off Date (for the Account Schedule delivered on the Closing Date) and (b) on the applicable Addition Cut-Off Date (for any Account Schedule relating to Additional Accounts).
