Supervision Period definition

Supervision Period means the period from the execution of this Agreement to and including the earlier of (i) the date of delivery of the Vessel pursuant to the Shipbuilding Contract and (ii) the date this Agreement is terminated.
Supervision Period means the period for which a person is placed under supervision pursuant to a supervision order made under section 16;

  • Supervision means the ongoing process performed by a supervisor who monitors the performance of the person supervised and provides regular, documented individual consultation, guidance and instruction with respect to the skills and competencies of the person supervised.
