Supervising practitioner means a member of the Medical Staff or a Licensed Independent Practitioner with clinical privileges, who has agreed in writing to supervise or collaborate with an Advanced Dependent or Dependent Practitioner and to accept full responsibility for the actions of the Advanced Dependent or Dependent Practitioner while he or she is practicing in the Hospital.

Supervising practitioner as used herein means employees of AGENCY who hold valid credentials issued by the State of authorizing them to serve in the schools in which the Student Practitioner is placed.
