Superintendent of Public Works or "Superintendent" shall mean the Wayne County Superintendent of Public Works or his or her duly authorized agent or representative.

Superintendent of Public Works means the person appointed as the Superintendent of Public Works for the Municipality, and includes his/her authorized deputy.

Superintendent of Public Works. – means the Superintendent of Public Works appointed by Council or such other person as may, from time to time, be appointed by the Superintendent or Council to act on their behalf.
