Superannuation Funds definition

Superannuation Funds means the Ansett Australia Ground Staff Superannuation Plan (trustee - Ansett Australia Ground Staff Superannuation Plan Pty Ltd); the Ansett Transport Industries Limited Pilots/Management Superannuation Plan (trustee - Ansett Australia Pilots/Management Superannuation Plan Pty Ltd); the Ansett Transport Industries Limited Flight Engineers’ Superannuation Plan (trustee - Ansett Australia Flight Engineers’ Superannuation Plan Pty Ltd); the Ansett Transport Industries Limited Flight Attendants Superannuation Plan (trustee - Ansett Australia Flight Attendants Superannuation Plan Pty Ltd); and Ansett Accumulation Plan (trustee - Ansett Australia Pilots Accumulation Plan Pty Ltd);
Superannuation Funds means any or all of the superannuation funds into which the Company makes contributions (or is required to make contributions) on behalf of its Australian employees.
Superannuation Funds means each of the SBV Staff Superannuation Fund, the SBV External Superannuation Fund, the SBV Productivity Fund, the Australian Bank Superannuation Scheme, the Australian Bank Superannuation Fund and the Printing Industry Superannuation Fund;

Examples of Superannuation Funds in a sentence

  • This contribution shall be made to the C+Bus, Westscheme or Connect Superannuation Funds or any other complying Superannuation Funds agreed between the Company and Employee.

  • Where no election is made by the Employee for the payment of superannuation into a particular fund, Superannuation contributions will be paid into HESTA which complies with the Australian Governments Operational Standards for Occupational Superannuation Funds.

More Definitions of Superannuation Funds

Superannuation Funds means the superannuation funds to which the Company makes contributions in respect of the Employees as listed in schedule 5; Tangible Assets means Plant and Equipment and Stock; Tax means any tax, levy, charge, impost, duty, fee, deduction, compulsory loan or withholding, which is assessed, levied, imposed or collected by any Governmental Agency and includes, but is not limited to any interest, fine, penalty, charge, fee or any other amount imposed on, or in respect of, any of the above but excludes Duty;
Superannuation Funds means any or all of the superannuation funds into which the Company or any Subsidiary makes contributions (or is required to make contributions) on behalf of any employees.

Superannuation Funds means the superannuation funds known as (i) BTR Packaging Superannuation Fund established by trust deed dated 28 January 1998 and (ii) BTR Packaging Accumulation Fund established by trust deed dated 28 January 1998.
