Sunshine Laws means Applicable Laws requiring collection, reporting and disclosure of POTVs to certain healthcare providers, entities and individuals. These Applicable Laws may include relevant provisions of the Patient Protection and Affordable Health Care Act of 2010 and implementing regulations thereunder.
