Sundays. Employees shall receive a shift differential of eight percent (8%) per hour to a maximum of three dollars ($3.00) per hour, in addition to their regular rate of pay for all hours worked on Sundays.

Sundays. (a) All ordinary time worked on a Sunday must be paid for at 200% of the minimum hourly rate for full-time and part-time Employees.
Sundays. Employees hired prior to December 3, 2010, shall receive time and one-third (1⅓) the straight-time hourly rate for all hours worked on Sunday. Employees hired on or after December 3, 2010, shall receive $1.00 per hour over the employee’s regular straight-time wage rate for all hours worked on Sunday. However, any hour paid at time and one half (1x1/2) or greater on Sunday shall not count as a qualifying hour for daily or weekly overtime.

Sundays. Overtime worked on a Sunday shall be paid for at the rate of double time with a minimum payment of 3 hours at overtime rates. An employee shall not be entitled to a minimum payment in respect of each separate period of overtime worked within 12 hours of the commencement of the first period of overtime. Provided that in the case of an employee required to remain on call and who is paid an on call allowance a minimum payment of one and one-half hours shall apply. No minimum payment shall apply where the overtime is continuous with an employee’s ordinary hours of work.
