Goldman Sachs means Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC.
Citigroup Trust means each of Citigroup Capital III, Citigroup Capital XIII and Citigroup Capital XVIII, each a Delaware statutory trust, or any other similar trust created for the purpose of issuing preferred securities in connection with the issuances of junior subordinated notes under the junior subordinated debt indentures or the junior junior subordinated debt indenture.
Owner Trust means the trust created by this Agreement.
Mizuho means Mizuho Bank, Ltd.
Barclays Capital means Barclays Capital, the investment banking division of Barclays Bank PLC.
Deutsche Bank means Deutsche Bank AG and its affiliated companies, as the context requires.
Citigroup means Citigroup Global Markets Inc.
U.S. Bank means U.S. Bank National Association.
Macquarie means Macquarie Group Limited.
Credit Suisse means Credit Suisse AG, Cayman Islands Branch.
Wells Fargo Bank Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., or its successor in interexx.
Investment Provider means any commercial bank or trust company, bank holding company, investment company or other entity (which may include the Trustee, the Bond Registrar or the Paying Agent), whose credit rating (or the equivalent of such rating by virtue of guarantees or insurance arrangements) by each nationally recognized Rating Agency then rating the Class I Bonds is sufficiently high to maintain the then current rating on such Bonds by such Rating Agency or is otherwise acceptable to each such Rating Agency in order to maintain the then current rating on such Bonds by such Rating Agency, which Investment Providers shall be approved by the Authority for the purpose of providing investment agreements.

First trust means a trust over which an authorized fiduciary may exercise the decanting power.
JPMorgan Chase Bank means JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. and its successors.
CDO shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the definition of “Qualified Institutional Lender.”
LLC means Limited Liability Company.
CP means SFMTA Contracts and Procurement.
CarMax Funding means CarMax Auto Funding LLC, a Delaware limited liability company.
National City National City Mortgage Co., or any successor thereto.
Chase means The Chase Manhattan Bank.
Asset management means a systematic process of operating and maintaining the state system of
Bank One means Bank One, NA, a national banking association having its principal office in Chicago, Illinois, in its individual capacity, and its successors.
Investment Bank means each of those reputable internationally recognised investment banks, selected from time to time as First Choice Investment Banks or as a Third Investment Bank in terms of Section 1.4 or Section 1.5 of the Subscription Agreement (as the case may be), whose Mandate Letters remain effective.
Wachovia means Wachovia Bank, National Association, a national banking association, and its successors.
