Summer vacation definition

Summer vacation means the time between the end of the regular school term of the school system in which the employee was last employed and the beginning of the next regular school term of that system.
Summer vacation. The day to day schedule shall apply except as follows: beginning NOTICE; Parents will confer with each other by each year to confirm school breaks/vacations and by to determine summer parenting schedule.

  • Vacation means annual vacation with pay.

  • Employers means the Company and/or any of its subsidiaries (now in existence or hereafter formed or acquired) that have been selected by the Board to participate in the Plan and have adopted the Plan as a sponsor.

  • Period of Employment shall include any extension thereof pursuant to the preceding sentence. To the extent that the Bankruptcy Court or any higher court denies or reduces by a Final Order any amount of a Retained Professional’s fees or expenses, then those reduced or denied amounts shall no longer constitute Accrued Professional Compensation.

  • Number of Employees enter the total number of Employees in the employment category employed to provide services under the Contract during the report period, including part time Employees and Employees of subcontractors.

  • Working Week means an average of 48 hours each week calculated over a 17-week reference period.
