Summer Season definition

Summer Season in any year, means the Season commencing on 01 April in that year;

Summer Season means, for any given year, the months of June, July and August.

Summer Season means the period of time from the first Sunday in April until the last Sunday in October.

• This Agreement shall terminate immediately upon the first to occur of the following events: o The expiration of the Summer Season and/or the Winter Season, as selected by Owner in Section 2 above.
