Summer Food Service Program means the program established under P.L.2017, c.387 (C.18A:33-23) in accordance with authorization received pursuant to the “Richard B. Russell National School Lunch Act,” Pub.L.79-396 (42 U.S.C. s.1751 et seq.).
Summer Food Service Program means a meal or snack program meeting the requirements defined by the superintendent of public instruction under subsection (4) of this section.
Summer Food Service Program means the non-profit food service program operated by an eligible Sponsor to provide school-aged children access to free meals when school is not in session.
