Summary of Material Modifications definition

Summary of Material Modifications or “SMM” means the summary of changes to the Plan and its SPD.
Summary of Material Modifications. Means a document of the kind so described in ERISA § 102.
Summary of Material Modifications means the document that describes minor amendments to the Plan or the benefits provided under the Plan. It is intended as an amendment or addendum to the Summary Plan Description.
