Summary Diligence Materials definition

Summary Diligence Materials means the items described on Annex 3 to Exhibit F hereto for each Eligible Asset proposed to be sold to Buyer in accordance with, and subject to the terms and conditions of, this Agreement.
Summary Diligence Materials means the items described on Annex 2 to Exhibit A hereto for each Eligible Asset proposed to be sold to Buyer in accordance with, and subject to the terms and conditions of, this Agreement.

  • Due Diligence Materials means the information to be provided by Seller to Purchaser pursuant to the provisions of Section 4.1 hereof.

  • Delivery Schedule means the schedule for the delivery of Services as set forth in attached Annex 3.

  • Customer Due Diligence means a process which involves establishing the identity of a client, the identity of the client’s beneficial owners in respect of legal persons and monitoring all transactions of the client against the client’s profile;
