Suitability Assessment definition

Suitability Assessment for residential treatment means a determination by a Qualified Evaluator, who has conducted a personal examination and assessment of the child, that the child meets the criteria for placement in a residential treatment center, pursuant to s. 39.407(6)(c), F.S.
Suitability Assessment means the whole process of collecting information about a client and the subsequent assessment by the firm that a given investment product is suitable for him, based also on the firm’s solid understanding of the products that it can recommend or invest into on behalf of the client.
