Sudan Accountability and Divestment Act definition

Sudan Accountability and Divestment Act means the Sudan Accountability and Divestment Act of 2007, 50 U.S.C. 1701, as amended from time to time.

  • Clean air standards, as used in this clause means:

  • DOL Regulations The regulations promulgated by the DOL at 29 C.F.R.ss.2510.3-101.

  • Occupational Health and Safety Act means the Occupational Health and Safety Act, 1993 (Act No 85 of 1993);

  • Mass Privacy Act is defined in Section 9.2 hereof.

  • Bank Secrecy Act means the Bank Secrecy Act of 1970, as amended.
