Successor Subservicer. The Person selected by the Master Servicer upon the termination of the Subservicer resulting from any Subservicer Default, if any, who shall thereafter perform the Services with respect to the Mortgage Loans; provided, that the Master Servicer shall perform all Services with respect to the Mortgage Loan until such Person, if any, is selected.
