Successor Party definition

Successor Party shall have the meaning set forth in Section 9.10.2(a) hereof.
Successor Party means Successor Party as defined in Section 19(a).

Successor Party shall for the purposes of this letter agreement include the Lessee in bankruptcy (as debtor in possession or otherwise), Lessee's trustee or other representative in bankruptcy, and Lessee upon discharge from bankruptcy.
