Successor Employer definition

Successor Employer is defined as the merged or amalgamated Children’s Aid Society designated by the MCYS that results from integration and employs employees of a Predecessor Employer such that PSLRTA or the OLRA, if applicable to Children’s Aid Societies, would apply to it.

More Definitions of Successor Employer

Successor Employer means the Company, the reorganized, merged or consolidated Company (or the successor thereto), or the acquiror (through merger or otherwise) of all or substantially all of the assets of the Company, as the case may be.
