Succession Plan definition

Succession Plan means the licensee or administrator’s written plan addressing coverage, continuance of care and services for residents, and AFH operations should the licensee or administrator be unable to fulfill their duties due to illness, death, or other unexpected absence. The Department’s Back-up Provider Agreement form (APD 0350) may be used for this purpose. (See “Back-up Provider Agreement”).
Succession Plan means a plan approved by the Board for the orderly succession of the Senior Management Team.
