Successful Referral definition

Successful Referral means that all the following conditions are met:

Successful Referral means any Customer that: ● has registered for a paid account of one of the Shop Circle apps; and ● was introduced by Partner to Shop Circle in the last 90 days, via a referral link, or some other mechanism approved by Shop Circle at its sole discretion.

• The Payment Provider Platform will reflect payment history to Affiliate, and the parties agree that: (a) the data shown in the Payment Provider Platform will govern payments to be made, subject to Company’s right to correct errors based on its own records and (b) records and payments will be deemed complete, incontestable, and final twelve (12) months after the applicable Successful Referral occurs.

More Definitions of Successful Referral

Successful Referral means a Qualified Referral which (1) purchases Net2Phone™’s hosted phone service no more than 12 months after the referral was submitted and (2) keeps current with payments for 90 days after the start of billing.
