Successful Proposer(s definition

Successful Proposer(s means the most responsible and responsive Proposer(s) to whom UNLV has authorized the award of the Contract.
Successful Proposer(s means those entities whose Proposals have been selected by the RFP Manager and FirstEnergy Ohio Utilities pursuant to this RFP.

  • The Committee will have the discretion to proceed as follows: (i) to recommend to the Director of DHS that a reduced number of Proposals be shortlisted for more extensive review through a formal oral presentation to the Committee; or (ii) to recommend to the Director of DHS that DHS request authorization for the County to enter into an Agreement(s) with the Successful Proposer(s).

  • Successful Proponent means a Proponent who the City may award the agreement to, as a result of this RFP document.

  • Successful Bid means the Bid of the Successful Bidder for acquisition of the Corporate Debtor on Going Concern basis as declared by the Liquidator as per this Process Memorandum;

  • Successful Respondent means an organization that receives a grant award as a result of this RFA. May also be referred to as "Grantee, ""Awarded Applicant," "Subrecipient" or "Grant Recipient."

  • Juvenile court means the district court of this state.

  • Technical Proposal means the Contractor’s Technical Proposal dated (Technical Proposal date).

  • Successful Syndication shall have the meaning given to such term in the Fee Letter.

  • Appellate Tribunal means the Goods and Services Tax Appellate Tribunal referred to in section 109;

  • Defendants’ Counsel means Xxxxxx X. Xxxxxxx and Xxxxxx X. Xxxxx of Xxxxxx Xxxxxx Xxxxxxxx LLP.

  • Proposer means a contractor that submits a response to a request for proposal, request for bid, or request for quotation.

  • Final Approval Order means the order and final judgment approving the Settlement Agreement, implementing the terms of this Settlement Agreement, and dismissing the Class Action with prejudice, to be proposed by the Settling Parties for approval by the Court, in substantially the form attached as Exhibit 5 hereto.
